On the day of your appointment, your mechanic will arrive at your location and complete the scheduled service on-site no trip to the repair shop needed.

Payment terms are as follows: Parts are due upfront prior to ordering or installation. Labor charges are due immediately upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
If parts are purchased by C/C Mobile Mechanics LLC and the customer cancels the repair or service, all purchased parts shall be non-refundable.
This quote is valid for a period of 30 days from the date issued.
Due to the nature of mobile automotive service, appointments may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled with limited notice due to weather conditions, unsafe working environments, or other circumstances beyond the control of C/C Mobile Mechanics LLC. In such cases, C/C Mobile Mechanics LLC will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer as soon as possible and reschedule service at the earliest mutually convenient time.
Customers are requested to provide a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of any deposits previously paid.
C/C Mobile Mechanics LLC and its employees are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to the vehicle or for any damage that may occur during or after performing work due to the failure of worn, rusted, seized, or previously damaged components.
C/C Mobile Mechanics LLC performs repairs and maintenance at customer-selected locations. Due to the nature of automotive service, work performed may result in minor staining or residue, including but not limited to rust particles, dirt, grease, oil, coolant, brake dust, or other automotive fluids on driveways, parking surfaces, or surrounding work areas. C/C Mobile Mechanics LLC shall not be held liable for ordinary incidental staining or residue resulting from the normal performance of automotive repair services.
During the course of diagnosis or repair, additional issues or required repairs may be discovered that were not apparent during the initial inspection. Any additional repairs or charges beyond the original estimate will be communicated to the customer for approval prior to proceeding.
Notes, recommendations, observations, and vehicle condition reports associated with this quote may be added to or updated by C/C Mobile Mechanics LLC before or after customer approval as additional information becomes available during inspection or repair.
The customer authorizes C/C Mobile Mechanics LLC employees to operate and road test the vehicle when necessary for diagnostic or verification purposes.
Failure to remit payment within ten (10) business days following completion of work may result in the filing of a mechanics lien in accordance with applicable state law.
By responding with "Agreed" followed by the current date through Facebook Messenger, text message, email, or other electronic communication, the customer authorizes C/C Mobile Mechanics LLC to perform the work described in this quote and acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
